Return & Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted. Please note that all products are handcrafted specifically for you based on your selections, along with a time stamp of when your product was made to ensure maximum freshness. Therefore, due to the exclusively crafted nature of our products, we are unable to resell any returned products even if they were unopened due to unique customer customizations and product time stamps.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact email@example.com to let us know what went wrong and how we can help you. Our customer support will do their best to address any issues or concerns, and help make your experience better.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not allow exchanges in relation to customization (i.e. if you decide you want other essential oils or specific ingredient removals after you receive your product). If you need an exchange for the same item due to damage, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details and picture proof of the issue.
