If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact and our customer support team will do their best to address any issues or concerns.


We only replace items if they are damaged. We do not allow exchanges in relation to preference (i.e. if you decide you want other essential oils or specific ingredient removals after you receive your product). If you need an exchange for the same item due to damage, please send us an email at with the order details and picture proof of the issue.
