How fast are the products handcrafted after an order is placed?
We handcraft your product within 1-3 business days of your order date.
How fast are products shipped? Do you offer international shipping?
Orders take about 1-3 business days to arrive within Canada and 3-5 business days to arrive in the US*. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back.

Which ingredients am I able to remove from products?
If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to a particular ingredient, you can reach out to us at support@lvitsa.com prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is "waterless" skincare?
Waterless skincare is made with - you guessed it - no water! Once water is introduced into a product, preservatives need to be added as bacteria grow in this environment. Since our products are made fresh and entirely waterless, we are able to forego using any harmful preservatives.
How have the products been tested?
Our products have been microbiologically and stability tested at a certified laboratory in the United States. Rest assured that even though there are no preservatives, the products are clean of any bacteria!
What is your return policy?
We’re sorry to hear you didn't love your product. We’re happy to provide a full refund for any products returned within 30 days of delivery. We ask you to simply cover the cost of shipping (and any customs/duty fees for U.S. residents). Please note that all gift cards are final sale.
